Q. What Do you do?

A. I am a freelancer who works remotely to provide expert administrative support on an as-needed basis. I work solely with a small, select group of long-term clients.

Q. How do you work?

A. I work remotely and use basic technology such as email, phone, and text, as well as screen sharing, video conferencing, and task management applications to communicate and exchange information with my clients. Usually, however, I find that email (and the occasional text message), is more than sufficient to work productively.

Q. Is the information I provide to you secure?

A. Your personal and professional information will never be shared with anyone, for any reason. I am a secret-keeper by trade, and take the privacy of my clients EXTREMELY seriously.

Q. Will i be working with you or a member of your team?

A. I work solo, and I prefer it that way. I do not have a team, and your work will not be outsourced.

Q. Will you be my employee?

A. No, I am not an employee. I am a professional services provider. (Clients do not even need to send me a 1099 at the end of the year, as my firm is an S-corporation.)
