We are a professional services provider who works remotely to provide expert administrative or project support on an as-needed basis. All of our services are pay-as-you-go, billed in six minute increments. There is no minimum, retainers, or contracts… you simply pay for the time spent on task.

QHow do you work remotely?

We use technology such as email, phone, and fax, as well as instant messaging, remote desktop applications, and intranet programs to communicate and exchange information with our clients. Usually, however, we find that email and phone is more than sufficient to work productively.

QWill you be my employee?
A

No, we are a business to business service provider and independent contractor, not an employee. More information on the difference between an employee and independent contractor can be found on the IRS web site.

QIs the information I provide to you secure?
A

Absolutely… security is of the highest priority to us. We use several secure onsite and offsite backup systems, password encryption, as well as the latest in malware, spyware, and virus protection.

QHow do you ensure that my proprietary information doesn’t get to my competitors?

Our company policy is to not handle clients who directly compete.
